Privacy Policy

Life OS is a personal dashboard for tracking habits, finance, goals, and daily notes. This page explains what data is stored and how it's used.

Data we store

Account data (email, authentication identifiers) and the content you create — habits, finance entries, goals, notes, todos, and any other module data — is stored in our Supabase database, scoped to your account and never visible to other users.

AI features

The AI assistant is bring-your-own-key: if you add an API key for Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, or Groq in Settings, your prompts and relevant context are sent directly to that provider to generate a response. We don't store your key anywhere other than encrypted in your account, and we don't proxy or log your AI conversations on our servers beyond what's needed to display chat history to you.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication (via Supabase Auth) and basic, privacy-respecting analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand traffic. We don't sell or share your data with advertisers.

Data deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. If you need help with this, reach out using the contact below.
